454 Sequencing

CUGI collaborates with EnGenCore (http://sph.sc.edu/engencore/), located on the campus of the University of South Carolina to facilitate second-generation 454 sequencing.

As well as facilitating communication with EnGenCore, CUGI can provide bioinformatic analysis, Sanger-based gap filling strategies, and whole genome assembly packages that incorporate 454 sequence reads. Please contact CUGI for an exact quote for a project.
