CUGI staff and researchers attended that Plant and Animal Genome Conference (PAG) XVIII in San Diego, Jan 9th-13th. Ongoing research projects with which CUGI personnel are involved were presented in the form of posters, talks and computer demonstrations. Some presentations were presented by CUGI and others by our collaborators. A booth was also present in the exhibit hall where visitors could chat with CUGI staff involved with genomics and bioinformatics. The following is a list of abstract titles which represent the activity of CUGI at PAG.
