Cotton Marker Database
Description:
The Cotton Marker Database is a community collaboration initiated and funded by Cotton Incorporated to provide centralized access to all 8,213 publicly available SSRs and the standardized panel screened data for many of these microsatellites. SNPs are also being made available. The standardized panel consists of 12 diverse genotypes selected from cultivated and exotic cottons.

CUGI provides web hosting, computational access, database access, data storage,
and bioinformatic software tools for the project.
